Curiosity Group is pleased to introduce Canterbury organisations to the Regional Diversity & Inclusion Survey (RDIS). This pilot will be the first of its kind in New Zealand to undertake a view of diversity and inclusion at a regional level and we hope that all organisations have an opportunity to take part and join in.
The RDIS will look at total organisation, senior leadership and board level diversity – specifically gender, age and ethnicity.
- Provide bench-marking metrics across the Region and for future national measures
- Get insight on the help needed to increase diversity & inclusion; enabling actions to be put in place
- Start a regional conversation
By understanding ways to make our community more inclusive and diverse we can grow Canterbury through developing the future pipeline for roles and opportunities, organisations with labour shortages, increasing sales success in diverse markets and supporting organisational financial performance and overall GDP.
